KhattarWong (Hong Kong) is an integral part of our International China Practice (ICP). Strategically it completes our Greater China presence and equips us with Hong Kong law capability in serving our clients where it relates to China-centric activities such as fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, financing and foreign investments. On the client service and deal execution side, we aims to provide synergistic services across the Greater China belt with our 2 offices on site supported by a 30-member strong ICP team. Clients can now expect a seamless delivery of services that effectively straddle the different regulatory landscapes of HongKong and China.
